Information collected and its use.
We collect personal information from you in order that our services
can be offered as effectively as is possible. In particular, we collect
information for the following purposes:
- In the
case of information submitted by you in relation to any job application,
for the purposes of assessing your application as part of the decision-making
process relating to job vacancies.
Information will not be retained after a decision has been reached on your application, unless we either (a) inform you of our intention to retain information (for example, because we wish to retain your details in case a suitable vacancy arises in the future), in which case you have the right to ask us not to retain the information, or (b) offer you a position which you accept, in which case information will be held in accordance with our data protection procedures for employee records.
- In the
case of information submitted by you in relation to an enquiry about
our services, for the purposes of responding to your enquiry. If you
subsequently enter into a service agreement with us, the information
will be held in accordance with our data protection procedures for
customers. If you do not subsequently enter into a service agreement
with us, we will not retain the information, except that we may retain
your details for the purpose of contacting you in future about our
services, unless you request us not to.
- Generally,
for any purpose specified on the page from which you submit the information,
or for which you give us express or implied consent to use the information,
or for any other purpose permitted under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will only pass your information direct to the Client that has placed the job vacancy you respond to. We will not pass your information to any other third party (other than a data processor acting on our instructions pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998) for marketing or any other purpose except as set out in Disclosures below.

Security
We use a number of technologies and operational procedures to protect
data submitted to us by our users. Physical security of data on our
equipment is provided by a combination of firewalls, website authentication
services and data encryption.
Disclosures
With the exception of certain uses set out in this Privacy Policy, we
will not disclose any information we keep about you to any third parties
unless required by the police or any regulatory or government authority
to provide your information.

If we change this Privacy Policy, the amended Privacy Policy will be

Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information
you provide will be kept secure from unauthorised access we cannot guarantee
that the information will be secure during transmission by you.
