If you subsequently enter into a service agreement with us, the information will be held in accordance with our data protection procedures for customers. If you do not subsequently enter into a service agreement with us, we will not retain the information, except that we may retain your details for the purpose of contacting you in future about our services, unless you request us not to.
Generally, for any purpose specified on the page from which you submit the information, or for which you give us express or implied consent to use the information, or for any other purpose permitted under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will only pass your information direct to the Client that has placed the job vacancy you respond to. We will not pass your information to any other third party (other than a data processor acting on our instructions pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998) for marketing or any other purpose except as set out in Disclosures below.
